Get In Touch
This is where it all begins! Fill out the contact form on our website and give us some information about your project. Upload a few photos of your space. Select a time convenient for you for your free phone consultation. Be sure to send in those photos!2
Initial Phone Consultation
This is an opportunity for both of us to get to know each other better on the phone. Our Project Manager will have your photos while you chat about your project. You'll go into detail about your needs and wants, to ensure we've got a good understanding of what you're looking for in your space. Our Project Manager can present you with a ballpark price for your project.3
Onsite Consultation
The Project Manager will visit your site and we ask that all decision-makers be present. We’ll collect your consultation fee which will be credited toward your construction project. During this consultation we’ll take measurements, photos and discuss design layouts with you to help you get a better sense of what's possible. Throughout it all, we're here to guide you with expert advice and recommendations.
From there, we'll draw up your agreement and collect your deposit or design fee to secure your place on our schedule. For some projects, we'll start our design process right there on the spot!4
Design & Materials
For larger projects and pools there is a more extensive design phase. There's a $1,500-$5,000 design charge depending upon the scope of the project. We'll have a 2nd on-site or virtual meeting to present your design plan. Design and material adjustments are made according to your feedback. We offer revisions, because we want to make sure the design is exactly what you're envisioning for your space. We’ll finalize your plans and draft your construction agreement. When you sign off on it and pay your construction deposit we’ll secure your place on our calendar. Project Kick-Off Meeting
You'll meet in person with the Project Manager and your crew leader, where we'll revisit the scope of your work and the fine details of your project. We'll mark everything out on the ground so you can get a sense of the layout in your space, and you'll have the opportunity to ask questions. This meeting usually occurs 1-2 weeks before construction.6
Construction
Your Project Manager remains your point of contact throughout the construction phase. Our crew works hard to stick to the agreed upon schedule and budget, pending any change requests or weather conditions and other circumstances out of our control. We'll provide weekly updates on the status of the project and communicate proactively whenever something needs your attention.7
Final Walkthrough
You'll take a final look at your newly created space with your Project Manger/Crew Leader and we'll show you how to properly care for and maintain your outdoor features. This is also when we'll collect your final payment.
